To further fuel this, we are looking for a Global eCommerce Trade Lead to lead the overall customer experience that supports the sales and marketing strategies for our global online business by identifying new trade opportunities and developments to promote continual improvement and growth.

This role is perfect for someone who is a natural collaborator with the ability to engage stakeholders. You will be an integral part of the global team and contribute to the commercial and digital marketing strategy across the business.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing Team to ensure the brand message, core initiatives and overall look and feel of our online brand is aligned.
- Analysing customer shopping behaviour and trends to maximise customer experience.
- Actioning competitor research to understand opportunities or gaps within our internal online strategies.
- Working with the Strategy team to create and execute online promotions and campaigns.
- Monitoring and reporting on key ecommerce metrics, such as conversion rates and revenue, using Google analytics and dashboards.
- Working closely with production team on strategies to optimise online product assortments during key trading periods.
- Stay up to date on industry trends ant best practices to identify new opportunities for growth**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ecommerce or digital marketing qualifications highly desirable
- Knowledge of ecommerce, digital marketing, and search advertising practices
- Understanding of ecommerce metrics and ability to analyse reportable data to drive actionable changes to maximise sales, conversion rate and average order value
- A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement with an ability to build rapport quickly
