Seeking a KPI driven supplier relationship specialist to handle contractor agreements for Global Travel Group.

Are you passionate about fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless operations within the supplier network? In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing supplier programs, enhancing client benefits, and facilitating the RFP process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and nurture APAC's supplier programs and relationships, ensuring high levels of service internally and externally.
- Collaborate with divisional heads to devise and execute preferred supplier programs and policies.
- Take charge of the Request for Pricing (RFP) process, including the distribution and integration of supplier rate updates.
- Address vendor queries and RFP-related issues, providing effective solutions while liaising with staff and suppliers.
- Aid in the enhancement of value-added benefits for TAG clients, such as upgrades and special offers.
- Gather and maintain hotel information in relevant database systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with hoteliers and other suppliers.
- Coordinate staff participation in supplier training sessions and industry events.
- Promote engagement in internal training initiatives, presentations, and supplier functions.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of back-office systems related to suppliers.
- Collaborate with various departments, particularly IT and Global Services, to optimize database utilization and client benefits.
