**Our Client**

Hailed as one of the most reputable Strata businesses in the industry, our client prides themselves not only on their ongoing growth and success, but also their staff longevity and loyalty. Operating for over 50 years they are an established, privately owned Strata Company offering an A1 environment.

**Duties**
- Day to day management of your portfolio (61 plans)
- Handling enquiries and corresponding with Owners, Executive Committee Members, Property Managers and Tenants
- Arranging quotations and work orders
- Monitor residents adherence to by-laws
- Prepare budgets and Agendas
- Conduct AGM’s and attend OCM where required

**Specific requirements**
- Experience in Strata Management
- Have a current Strata Certificate or License
- Most meetings are via online, but you will still require a car & valid drivers license
