**The Company**

This is a brilliant opportunity to move into a highly regarded Strata Agency located on the North Shore. Having forged a great internal culture, the team is friendly, regularly have team activities and Friday afternoon drinks to keep everyone together.

**The Role**

This is an exciting role which will see the successful applicant work as a relief Strata Manager, supporting the day to day functions of the Strata Managers covering work overload and leave.
- Taking and addressing enquiries
- Arranging access for quotes and repairs
- Obtaining and circulating quotes
- Preparation for meetings
- Managing annual audits, insurances etc
- Drafting notices

**The Applicant**
- Strata management or Residential property management experience
- Strong admin skills and a willingness to learn
- Flexible, accommodating and helpful disposition
- Good consistency in roles
- Relatively good proximity to the business
- Strata Certificate / Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- A car and drivers licence may be needed
