Premium Strata is on the hunt for an experienced Licensed Strata Manager to join our proactive team that offers
premium, hands-on, and all-inclusive strata management services
across the Sydney metropolitan area.

Main Responsibilities:
The role involves taking over a small existing residential portfolio covering the metropolitan Sydney area. The portfolio is well-maintained and contains a mix of Owners Corporations and Building Management Committees.
- Implement a proactive approach to building maintenance and problem-solving, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Owners Corporations and Building Management Committees to develop and implement strategic plans for property management and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and efficient operations.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact and providing timely and accurate communication.
The ideal candidate will need to have exceptional communication and customer service skills, ensuring the maintenance of excellent service levels to customers. Our business model has eliminated 95% of Schedule B fees, demonstrating our commitment to effectively resolving client issues rather than merely counting billable hours. Therefore, your role is solution and resolution oriented.
Job requirements
As this is a busy and challenging role, candidates should be licensed and have a minimum of five years' experience as a Strata Manager.
- Applicants will need to have a proven track record demonstrating the following skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with strong customer service ethics
- Excellent organisation, time management, and administration skills, with attention to detail
- Self-motivation and the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
- Professional, enthusiastic approach to work and excellent computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and must be licensed
