About us

McCormacks believe in having the best team in the industry; tertiary qualified strata managers; CPA qualified accountants and a highly trained customer service team. We consider it our role to provide thought leadership to our clients; to do this we share the knowledge gained across our portfolio to deliver a highly refined set of best practices, procedures, governance strategies and accounting practices. The knowledge sharing between similar buildings is invaluable to our clients, many of whom are highly capable individuals. We engage and connect the strata committee members through a series of networking events and educational programs for those for whom it may be the first time living in a strata property.

Qualifications & experience

  • Licensed strata manager with a minimum of 5+ years experience
  • Proven experience managing large schemes, BMCs, CAs, etc
  • Strong relationship management experience
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Management of no more than 20 buildings involving complex structures
  • Project management of large-scale defects and remedial works
  • Building a network of strong relationships with committee members and building managers
  • Participating and supporting a positive workplace culture
