**Australian Manufacturer seeks an experienced NSW State Sales Manager to drive strategies across our residential & commercial business.**

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced, career oriented NSW State Sales Manager to head up and drive the growth and development of the NSW / ACT sales team, maximising the growth of our sales and customer base throughout NSW.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively lead and participate in the Sales Process;
- Achieving Sales revenue in line with budget;
- Actively seeking out new customers to grow the client base;
- Working with the current Dealer base to maximize all possible opportunities;
- Maintaining and growing profit margins;
- Providing and maintaining an environment that facilitates customer retention;
- Planning and directing the activities of the Sales team, ensuring staff are motivated to attain the Sales targets and KPIs
- Ensuring the retention, recruitment, and ongoing development of staff

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 10+ years of demonstrated sales success in HVAC or related industries
- 3+ years sales leadership experience
- Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent is desirable
- Knowledge of current Sales practices and processes with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset / able to analyse sales data and identify trends and opportunities
