We are seeking an energetic and mechanically minded person to be a point of contact for our customers and dealers alike, assisting with their spare parts and internal sales enquiries. Reporting to the NSW Factory Manager, you will form part of our branch team whilst working closely with our Service department and Sales departments at our head office and other state branches. To be successful in this role, you will have experience in spare parts, administration or sales and be an excellent communicator both over the phone and face to face.

**Responsibilities**
- Answers phone calls and actions customer enquiries
- Attend to walk in and phone sales queries
- Process quotes, orders, payments, and invoices
- Interpret spare parts calls
- Monitor current/outstanding orders to ensure customer expectations are being met
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and respond to technical enquiries
- Monitor distribution of products/services to ensure alignment with customer expectations
- Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of Digga’s product range
- Maintenance of customer details and orders on the CRM system.

- Highly motivated, and ability to work autonomously
- Highly organised and well presented
- Reliability and strong work ethic required
- Spare parts/sales experience highly regarded
