We're on the hunt for a dedicated **Member Rewards Supervisor **to assist growing our car buyers rewards journey. This is your chance to shine in an innovative and forward-moving business.

In the capacity of Member Rewards Supervisor, you will help to enhance the digital development of our rewards program. You'll work with our internal development team to ensure members enjoy quality benefits and experiences, further deepening their connection to our Brand and dealer partners.

**The role**:

- Assist Digital transformation of our rewards program with internal developer team - including app development and seamless stakeholder integrations for discount partners, dealerships, and members.
- Identify opportunities for program enhancements and new initiatives.
- Oversee promotions, rewards, and events that resonate with our diverse member base.
- Analyse program performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
- Co-ordinate and conduct rewards program training with dealer partners.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to optimise the rewards program's offerings. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our program remains competitive and innovative.

**YOU**:

- Outstanding communication skills with a love for bettering customer experiences
- Leadership skills and ability to supervise a small team
- A tech enthusiast
- Previous experience with rewards/loyalty programs or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is ideal.
