WesTrac is currently seeking a proactive and engaging **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our Warehouse Team on the Night Shift at the Parts Distribution Centre based in South Guildford.

Reporting to the **Warehouse Manager**, this individual will be responsible for supervising day-to-day warehouse operations, monitoring high levels of production, assessing process efficiency and quality control to ensure business and client needs are met. The successful individual will be joining the team on a full-time permanent basis.

**Roster**:Sunday - Thursday 10PM - 6AM

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a Supervisor, or managing a medium to large team - desirable
- A dedicated approach to maintaining safety for yourself and your team
- Engage, support, and mentor team members
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Warehousing or logistics experience - desirable
