Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a FIFO Welding Supervisor to join our Projects team. This role is an integral part of our Projects division and offer the opportunity to work across multiple clients, sites, and locations on Greenfields and Brownfields fixed plant projects throughout Western Australia.

**THE ROLE**

As a Welding Supervisor you will be responsible for:

- Lead a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key deliverables
- Liaise with Linkforce clients and site-based personnel
- Plan and schedule welding activities and labour requirements
- Monitor progress against the work schedule
- Record and monitor team members performance, provide mentorship and address issues where necessary
- Supervise Site Welding Activities to 1554.1 and 1554.5 and conduct visual inspections of work to ensure it meets required standards and client specifications (QA/QC).

**ABOUT YOU**
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate and a Welding Supervisor AS1796 Certificate 10
- Experience in Remote Site fixed plant mining maintenance:

- Minimum 5 years leadership experience
- Experience in a multidisciplinary environment
- The ability to manage and execute end to scope to project timelines
- A current Australian Drivers Licence
- A National Police Check
