About The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced civil mining, bulk earthworks supervisor, leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee civil earthworks project
  • Uphold safety, health, and environmental standards, fostering a culture of compliance and accountability
  • Lead and mentor a team of operators, driving continuous improvement and professional development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production schedules and resource utilisation
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance

About You

  • Proven minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisor position civil mining bulk earthworks - essential
  • Full S26 Statutory qualification - essential
  • Australian working rights - essential
  • Valid Australian Driver's license - essential
  • White card - essential
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Commitment to safety leadership and compliance, with a proactive approach to risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
