Due to continuous growth of our business, The Meat & Wine Co Perth storeisactively seeking applications for our next Floor Supervisor to be part of our energetic and lucrative team.

Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you will have the chance to lead, drive and mentor a team of enthusiastic and committed team members to ensure an outstanding dining experience for your customers.

All about you:

  • At least 1 years' experience as a supervisor in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong wine knowledge
  • Past experience in a similar role at premium casual restaurant will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in maintaining budgets and an understanding of financials, profit & loss and working in line with company objectives and KPI's.
  • Qualification in hospitality would be an advantage for this role.
  • Fair understanding of modern award framework, national employment standards and working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S.
  • A passion for the industry.
  • Ability to work a rotating 7- day roster including weekends & public holidays.
  • A valid RSA
