This is a fantastic role if you are looking to start your Claims career in the Insurance industry. Our client is looking for a
**Claims Administrator** who will be based in
**Melbourne**. This is an opportunity for you to make a real impact on the customer and help rebuild their lives.
**Your role**
- Manage your own portfolio of claims, supporting customers through the property claims process
- Support the customer through their claims, explaining policies guidelines
- Examine claim documents, policies, and reports to advise accordingly
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Providing general advice to the customer on their claim
- Database management
- ensure reports and data is correctly inputted into the system
- Ad hoc administration
**You will have**
- 6-12 months experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Customer-centric approach, showing genuine care to your customers
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to the needs of the customer and stakeholders
- Reliable team player who works towards a shared goal
- Attention to detail, taking pride in their work
