Claim Central is a rapidly expanding Insurance technology, data insights and claims services business. We are currently working with a global distribution network to expand our footprint both nationally and internationally. This position sits in our Property Claims Management division, and reports directly to the Customer Service Team Manager

This role is varied and responsibilities will include:

- Interacting with our Customers, Clients, Trades and internal staff to build strong relationships and capture critical information to resolve queries in relation to Insurance Claims;
- Booking claims;
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls;
- Coordinating with internal staff and external contractors
- Data entry - updating file notes, using internal systems, and general administrative duties.

**Ideally**, you will have work experience in a similar administration role, in the retail industry or in a customer service role. This is fantastic opportunity for School, Tafe and University Graduates as well as people who already have extensive experience in the industry. Strong Microsoft Office skills are critical and the completion of Certificate IV in Business Administration will be well regarded or the desire to undertake this course upon commencement.
