We are seeking an experienced Claims Administrator / Coordinator to join our team of disaster recovery experts.

The Claims Administrator is responsible for assisting the Project Managers to successfully run property disaster recovery projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising external trades and coordinating internal resources.
- Providing clear and effective communication to the team and clients.
- Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
- Performing onsite risk assessments & toolbox talks.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Must have great presentation and clear communication skills.
- General administrative/ technological competency (Microsoft suite - advantageous)
- Successful applicant must have full working rights in Australia.
- Good literacy skills
Providing comprehensive restoration services in the event of storm, flood & fire damage to insurers & direct clients. We have the capability to tackle & successfully restore major loss events, both commercially & residentially. Our services extend to mould remediation, sewage mitigation / clean-ups, meth & drug lab remediation & de-contamination, crime & trauma clean-up.
