**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Maintain Change, Control, Release and planning processes as directed.
- Coordinate and run meetings, engage stakeholders, keep clear and complete records and prepare timely reports.
- Coordinate timely change control and release activities to enable business requirements identified by Queensland Health, for the rostering and payroll solution to be analysed, assessed for impact including integration impacts, designed, developed, tested and implemented into production within established frameworks, strategies, standards, methodologies and policies.
- Manage quality compliance reviews to monitor compliance with Queensland Health change control and associated policies, procedures and standards.
- Provide input to change control impact assessments.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of client business requirements, and system configuration including integration throughout the solutions and provide advice.

To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:

- Demonstrated knowledge of integrated ERP solutions with proven ability to manage change control processes, release planning activities and project activities.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Business Analysis including maintaining and enhancing tools, documents, integrated systems solution and providing advice to team members.
- Proven client service skills including working to deadlines and service level time lines.
- Ability to assist management and team leaders in supervising and assisting other team members to deliver effective services to clients.
- Proven high level of written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing and maintaining system documentation and preparing high level reports.
- Demonstrated experience in a change, release, governance or policy role including end to end process management.
