Position: Change and Release Coordinator
Datacom Location: Adelaide preferred but open to other cities due to urgency - apply ASAP
Base pay range: A$90,000.00/yr - A$105,000.00/yr
Security Requirements: Citizens of Australia only, and you must be able to achieve a Baseline Security Clearance when applied for. If you have this already, this is an advantage.
Employment type: Full Time, Permanent Position.

What youll do- The Change Coordinator role is responsible for providing analysis and administrative support to changes within a customers site and ensuring that all changes progress in a timely manner within the change management lifecycle.
- Ensure that changes and releases made on systems within Datacoms control adhere to the defined Change Enablement Processes.
- Manage the lifecycle of change requests across single and/or multiple accounts as directed.
- Provide analysis and input to appropriate change management reports as directed.
- Assist in validating failed changes due to technical or process failure and follow up on PCR (Post Change Review) documentation as required.
- Follow up on approvals for Changes as required.
- Create and issue the Forward Schedule of Change & Release for service delivery to customers (internal and external) as required.
- May chair or participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and other change-related meetings such as PIRs, as appropriate.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement to build a culture of service excellence.
- Maintain Datacom change and release process, guidelines and other authorised documentation in the approved repository.
- Assist in the preparation of training materials and provide guidance to end-users to support process adherence.
- Strong and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels, including customer level.
- Ensure adherence to process and performance requirements.
- Composure under pressure.
- Clear and timely communication.
