**About the role**:
They have an exciting position available for a Change and Release Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, working with one of their large clients to manage their service delivery platform and ensure best customer outcomes across the organization.

**Duties**:

- Review and manage system changes
- Own the problem and knowledge management processes
- Deliver high-quality change process
- Identify risks and do impact assessments
- Stakeholder engagement

**Skills and Experience**:

- ITIL Cert 4 Qualified
- Previous experience in a change/release/test management role
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Strong communication skills

**Culture**:
This role will report to the service delivery manager and no travel will be required. You will be given autonomy and authority re: how to best manage the change and release process, as well as the stakeholders you are working with.
