
Change and Release Manager

**Role responsibilities**:
Ensure that all stakeholders and key processes related to Change and Release Management are identified, managed and informed as needed.
Continuously improve the process and procedures and other aspects related to Change and Release Management and reinforce their implementation within eHealth, to our stakeholders and partners.
To define, implement and analyse business data to identify process improvement areas and propose corrective actions and measurements.
Provide expert process and operational advice and leadership on Change and Release Management, ensuring all necessary Change and Release Management elements are embedded in plans, related policies, processes and procedures.
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Proven experience maturing ICT Change Management and ICT Release Management processes to ensure process compliance and focus on key performance indicators using visual management reports and dashboards.
The ability to identify and progress improvement opportunities to reduce the risks associated to ICT Change and Releases. This includes the regular analysis of Change/Release trends to provide business intelligence, post mortem reporting, response and resolution times, and customer feedback.
