This role will be based on-site for 3 days a week, and will be working remotely for the Centorrino Technologies Service Desk for 2 days per week.
This will be an excellent role with lots of variety
You will be responsible for providing Level 1 Service Desk Support, including:

- Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Provide excellent Customer Service by maintaining regular communication with users and provide updates proactively
- Account administration, including password resets and user creation / deletions
- Active Directory administration
- Remote and face to face support
- Backups and day to day maintenance
- Seek customer feedback on your performance and take an active approach in attempting to continuously improve these results.

The ideal applicant will be a humble and jovial person with a passion for helping people to solve problems with technology and who enjoys interacting with people daily.

**Here’s what you’ll bring**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Previous experience in a Desktop Support or Service Desk role
- A broad level of skills across PC hardware and software systems
- Experience in troubleshooting both Mac OS and Windows OS platforms
- Experience installing and configuring hardware and software
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software
- A positive mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Clear and confident communicator
- Able to convey complex IT concepts to non-IT users.
- Good time management skills - able to thrive under pressure.
- Ability to work autonomously.

All our team members are required to obtain and maintain a valid Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
