**Your new company**

The client is a well known and well established large Department that has recently remodelled several of its programs. This team has remained solid throughout, and is looking for an additional Desktop Support Officer to aid in the growing staff size of the department.

**Your new role**

You'll be providing a range of technical IT support, covering basic requests to Mobile Device Management (InTune), VIP Support, incident response, hardware break-fix etc.

You'll work collaboratively in a small team of problem-solvers and technically minded individuals, with a leadership that remains hands-on and technical, supporting the local infrastructure and departmental staff.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Baseline Clearance
- Previous experience in an IT role is HIGHLY desired
- Strong customer service attitude
- An outgoing attitude
- Learning aptitude and a willingness to grow and solidify your skills
