**Your Role**:
As a **Sales & Marketing Specialist**, you will play a key role in driving membership growth, customer engagement, and sales across Ritual’s offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Sales Growth**: Leverage sales promotions, outreach campaigns, and referrals to generate leads and convert them into loyal members.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, KPI's, including managing lead generation, creating EDMs, and engaging potential customers.
- **Over-the-Phone Sales**: Conduct outbound calls, close deals, and maximise sales opportunities.
- **Member Acquisition & Retention**: Contribute to membership growth by engaging new prospects and supporting ongoing member retention programs.
- **Create Memorable Member Journeys**: Provide tailored sales presentations and experiences, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new members.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with members, follow up regularly, and recommend relevant products/services that enhance their experience.
- **Studio Operations**: Support daily studio operations, including opening and closing, while maintaining a polished, welcoming environment.
**About You**:
- **Proven Sales Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a sales/ marketing role, preferably in a membership or service-based business.
- **Self-Responsibility**:Must take responsibility and want to work in a healthy and mature work environment
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build rapport.
- **Customer-Centric**: Passionate about providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
- **Organised & Driven**: Highly motivated, with excellent time management and the ability to meet KPIs and sales goals autonomously.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using CRM tools and Google Suite for lead management and communication.
- **Driver’s License**: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel as needed.
