The Neighbourhood Gym Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the multi studio gym. They play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive fitness environment, managing staff, and ensuring the facility operates efficiently.

This position requires a combination of managerial, organisational, and interpersonal skills to drive member satisfaction and achieve business goals.

Some key responsibilities will include:
Operational Management**:Ensure the smooth functioning of all gym operations, including equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and facility security.** Develop and implement efficient processes to optimise member experience.

Staff Supervision**:Recruit, train, and manage gym staff, including fitness trainers, front desk staff, and cleaning personnel.** Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.

Customer Service**:Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for members.** Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Sales and Marketing**:Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.** Drive sales initiatives, promotions, and partnerships to meet membership targets.

Financial Management**:Monitor and manage the gym's budget, including expenses and revenue.** Implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.

Health and Safety Compliance**:Ensure the gym complies with health and safety regulations.** Implement emergency procedures and protocols.
