Pathway to Aus is an education and migration agency that specializes in placing international students in different universities and colleges in Australia. We have a head office located on the Gold Coast, as well as satellite offices in numerous locations around the world.

We are looking for a new digital marketing specialist to coordinate our online marketing campaigns. The right applicants would be skilled in all forms of social media marketing, affiliate marketing and standard digital marketing strategies.

You would be responsible for:

- Produce curated and digital brand content and monitor social media engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and understand the customer landscape to identify growth opportunities (especially within the Asian market)
- Develop and execute online marketing programs that increase engagement, expansion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Support the development of cross-sell, upsell, and nurturing activities across all products to increase customer value and retention.
- Improve customer engagement by developing digital communications plans for underdeveloped online touchpoints.
- Encourage sales team business development efforts by providing digital marketing resources and ensuring that all content is consistent with branding guidelines.
- At least 3 years previous experience in the digital marketing industry
- Prior experience working in the international eduction, migration or tourism field
- Open to travel both in Australia and internationally
