Your role:

We're on the lookout for a
Client Services Manager
who thrives on detail, organisation and making things happen behind the scenes.

This is a
fast-paced, hands-on role
where no two days look the same. You'll be the anchor ensuring property campaigns run seamlessly from listing through to settlement - supporting our agents and marketing team, delighting clients and keeping our residential operations sharp.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing and managing Form 6's, contracts and compliance documents
  • Coordinating and managing property marketing campaigns
  • Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and suppliers
  • Supporting agents with open homes and campaign admin
  • Managing client communications and world-class reporting
  • Overseeing settlements and post-settlement touches (yes, the champagne + client gifts too )
  • Working with our marketing team to protect and promote brand integrity
  • Pitching in with our Projects service line when needed

About you:

You're a
detail-driven doer
who loves a checklist but also knows how to roll with the unexpected. Polished, professional and personable, you take pride in delivering a first-class experience for clients and colleagues alike.

We'd love you to bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in real estate admin or client services
  • Top-notch organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns
  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and accountability
  • Experience with Agent Box preferable, or similar CRMs (nice-to-have, not essential)
  • QLD driver's licence + reliable car
  • Flexibility to work some weekends if required
