We are currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our Telecommunications team based in out of our Parramatta/Chatswood offices.
About the Role

Service Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our growing company.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Parramatta/ Chatsworth NSW

Reporting Line: Procurement Manager - Wireless

Key Responsibilities

Working with a large subcontractor base for various clients nationally in the telecommunications space, specifically wireless (mobiles). The procurement team seek support in strategic sourcing, pricing, analysis and providing recommendations to the broader business on tender outcomes or sourcing activities for services and some materials. This is not a purchasing function. In addition to this there will be a need to provide advice to subcontractors on following the onboarding process and training on various systems used by Service Stream subcontractor, updating databases and SharePoint sites.

The role of the procurement administrator is to provide support to the procurement team in the form tender analysis, subcontractor management and compliance, record keeping, document control, negotiation, and training for subcontractors on various systems used by the business. Additionally provide support to the business units on how best to engage with the team as first point of contact. The position will be based at our Parramatta office with a requirement to work from Chatswood from time to time as directed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

- Experience with tender writing assistance, analysis, subcontractor management and compliance, record keeping, document control, negotiation, and training for subcontractors on various systems used by the business.
- Intermediate to advance skills in excel, some form of procurement would be ideal, admiration skills, proficient with MS office, very good communication skills able to communicate at all levels from subcontract to senior management, able to priorities work load, good listening skills.
- Competent in MS office suite.
- Business/ Administration qualification advantageous
