UGL Unipart Rail Services Pty Ltd (UGL Unipart) was founded in December 2011 as a Joint Venture between UGL (Australia) and Unipart Rail (UK). UGL Unipart operates a Rail Maintenance Facility at Auburn where it maintains rolling stock for Sydney Trains, Transport for New South Wales and other rail operators.

**About the role**
- Reporting to the Project & Planning Manager, the role of Planning Administrator is to support the delivery of maintenance requirements according to their plans. These include updating systems, monitoring progress, reporting, communicating plans and adjustments to stakeholders.
- Within this role, you will monitor actual vs. plan progress and support the adjustment of plans as require accommodating late changes / unknowns while maintaining strong communication and relationship with stakeholders by giving timely and accurate updates on the progression of car plan sets and projects.

**About you**
- Proven experience in a similar role within a production, manufacturing or other heavy industry environment.
- Strategic reporting and analyst skills
- Experience using SAP
- Some proficiency in planning / supply chain software is preferred
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- Experienced gained in the rail, automotive, military, Defence, avionics or any other safety critical environment.
