Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Procurement Systems Specialist to assist in proving Data Accuracy in SAP Ariba.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Demonstrate commitment to the Finance Services Group’s vision and objectives and understand your contribution to achieve these.
- Participate in team development, planning and coordination activities to enable the team to work effectively together.
- Maximise opportunities for coaching, training, and professional development to continually develop your skills and capabilities.
- Exercise astute judgement in managing confidential and sensitive information that has the potential to impact organisational performance and reputation.
- Analyse contract data and identify contracts that need to be system-enabled.
- Work with Procurement Lead and Contract Manager to search for contracts and identify key commercial data in the contract.
- Coordinate the development of CLID in consultation with the Procurement Lead and Contract Manager.
- Create or coordinate the creation of the required master data for proper implementation.
- Provide progress updates on the CLID development for all contracts in scope.

**Desirable criteria**:

- Extensive knowledge of Procurement Systems, integrated SAP Ariba & SAP S/4Hana solution for contract administration preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP master data as used in procurement processes.
- Sound knowledge of contract management with demonstrated experience in extracting key commercial information from contracts.
- Advanced excel skills (e.g., macros).
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in system improvement initiatives to improve data quality and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and time management skills.
- Sound understanding of NSW Procurement Framework.
- Project management experience desirable but not essential
