Customer Service Officer

**THE ROLE**

Symbio Laboratories is searching for **fresh university graduates **with a passion for science and problem solving to provide quality technical assistance. You will join our Brisbane Head Office as part of the front-line operations team as a **Customer Service Officer**. You will be assisting clients whilst liaising with laboratory staff to troubleshoot and solve issues. This is an essential role in maintaining the quality and safety of our food, agricultural, environmental, and pharmaceutical industries in Australia and globally. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to pursue career growth in areas such as management, sales, logistics, IT and laboratory research and development.

Key responsibilities include:

- Using technical knowledge and a professional attitude to assist clients with day-to-day requests.
- Interpreting customer communications to identify their needs.
- Clearly and succinctly communicating client requirements with laboratory staff to troubleshoot client issues.
- Providing solutions to clients professionally and promptly to achieve customer satisfaction and maintain Symbio’s quality service.
- Managing customer expectations and requests.
- Using software tools to investigate client queries.
- Maintaining personal organisation & prioritisation within a shared inbox.

You will be provided with hands on training and support to develop your technical skills and achieve personal growth.

**Salary**: $51,672.40 - $61,872.99 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

- EIGHT MILE PLAINS, QLD 4113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
