**About the role**
We are seeking an experienced customer service superstar to join our friendly Allocations Team based in Eight Mile Plains. If you are a high performer who is successful in what you do, this could be the opportunity for you.

This is a casual position within our existing exceptional Allocations Team Our hours of operation are 04:15 - 23:45/365 days a year and you will be required to work on a rolling roster; inclusive of weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Taking and directing inbound calls
- Contacting nurses and updating availabilities in the rostering system
- Entering and filling shifts through the rostering system

**About you**
You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn. Your previous experience within the Healthcare sector or working in a call centre environment will provide you with a great foundation for success.

You will possess the following:

- Exceptional work ethic and reliability
- Have a strong work ethic and a professional phone manner
- Be a team player with a high level of availability and flexibility to work early, late and weekend shifts as required
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, nurses and clients
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
