**Job Description**:
- Good knowledge of Oil Condition Monitoring, tribology, or similar mechanical wear assessments.
- Provide client support services in timely and accurate manner.
- Support and provide clear information to the Operations leads and supervisors for Scheduling Jobs.
- Assist in Development Draft Quotations, Tenders Information and proposals
- Answer client calls and address their queries and concerns within the assigned timelines. Manage all client account opening, transferring, and closing processes, ensuring that procedures are followed correctly.
- Maintain Client database in Excel with SalesForce or equivalent software
- Handle client escalations and provide corrective actions. Analyze and resolve service related issues promptly according to set interaction KPIs
- Develop process improvements to improve response times and service quality.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- Proven Experience in coordination; scheduling operations, and/or logistics
- Experience with electronic Document Management and Data management systems
- Knowledge of the tribology, mechanical equipment, maintenance, condition monitoring, wear, oil parameters.
- Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within established deadlines, and to maintain a consistent level of professionalism.
