Join us as a Client Service Coordinator – Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract based at Wilson Service Centre.

Client Service Coordinators are the first point of contact for all enquiries and have a key role to play in providing potential clients, caregivers and other stakeholders information about MSWA services and supporting them through the onboarding process.
As a Client Service Coordinator, you will work closely with other departments within MSWA including Allied Health, Accommodation and Funding. There is a high degree of Customer Service in this role and a need to be flexible and adaptable. You will be responding to member and client services enquiries from both current and potential clients in an engaging and professional manner.
You'll soon discover the integral part you play with MSWA, and you can use your abilities to deliver a personalised services each and every day
Each day will look a little different (that's just how things work), but some key tasks will include:

  • Assist with initial enquiries and new referrals
  • Maintain Administrative tasks and spreadsheets
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries.
  • Helping new and newly diagnosed clients understands the benefits of services provides by MSWA.

  • You don't miss a trick – you have fantastic attention to detail.
  • An awareness and understanding of the Disability and Aged Care industry.
  • NDIS workers screening check (or willingness to obtain.)\
