TEN Recruitment now have TWO new Client Liaison Officer roles available with a leading residential brand who cover high-end single & double storey homes.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who has previous experience in a similar position and is passionate about providing service excellence and is looking for a challenging and ultimately rewarding role.

**About the Role**:
**Your duties will involve**:

- Liaise closely with your own clients, and our inhouse team to coordinate workflow
- Liaise with council, water authorities, private certifiers, etc
- Prepare, present, and have clients sign their contract documents
- Raise post contract variations
- Attending meetings with clients

**To be successful in this position you must be**:

- Have previous experience in a customer service (training provided) or client liaison within the residential sector.
- An organised individual with excellent communication skills
- Eager to deliver a high level of customer service
- Well presentable and punctual
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management & organisational capability

In return we offer a permanent full-time position in a stable, supportive and work focused team environment with an attractive salary of $75k plus super and on site vehicle parking.
