This role is based in the thriving Queen Street Brisbane office where you will join a growing, allied health organisation that is well respected in the health and wellbeing industry.
As an Office Coordinator, you will work closely with the Business Performance manager and the broader Assure team to provide a comforting environment for our clients as well as exceptional office management. This is a client facing role with a range of administrative duties.
We are keen to utilise your skills and strengths in the areas: administration, file and data base management, computer literacy, data entry, office inventory, invoicing and diary scheduling.

**What you’ll bring**
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Experience working in a fast paced, reactive office environment
- Advanced computer skills with high levels of accuracy with Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Administrative experience including invoicing, account reconciliation, reporting and file management
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
