HR Coordinator | NFP | Parramatta/ mostly WFH | $45ph + Super

This is a NFP with the mission of enhancing and maintaining the Aboriginal culture, identity and heritage in NSW.

**Your new role**

As an HR Coordinator you will assist a small HR team of 4.

The purpose of the role is to coordinate and administer the organisations key HR systems and core people related activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- POC for HR and recruitment related queries
- Prepare reports and develop key HR metrics including turnover, new starters, workforce composition in line with cyclical reporting

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in a similar HR role, delivering client focussed HR services across the employment life cycle, with special attention to end to end recruitment coordination
- Detailed understanding and an ability to interpret employment legislation, enterprise agreements, policies, processes and practices
- Intermediate to advanced skills in using MS Office suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to prioritise and to handle multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines
- Desirable: knowledge and awareness of the cultural practices, values and issues that affect Aboriginal people in today's society

- Competitive hourly rate of $45ph + Super
