As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for a high volume of roles, building strong relationships with leaders to deliver great hiring outcomes.

This will be a full time, 12-month contract position based in the Newcastle office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver quality, timely hiring outcomes.- Source and engage talent using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social channels to build strong talent pipelines.- Promote EML’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and retain great people.- Support recruitment projects and process improvements that make hiring faster and more effective.- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and uphold service standards across every hire.

ABOUT YOU- At least 1-2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or internal).- Strong sourcing skills across job boards, LinkedIn, and social channels.- Confident stakeholder management with the ability to build trust and rapport.- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Customer-focused approach with empathy and professionalism.- Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
