We are seeking an Assistant Administration Manger to join our Asset Management team at our Barangaroo and Darling Square retail precincts on a 12-month fixed term contract.

As an Assistant Administration Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of our office. You will be responsible for the following:

- Responding to tenants queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Daily allocation of received payments.
- Debt follow up.
- Preparing and coding invoices, including purchase order raising.
- Ownership of the debt report in collaboration with the Administration Manager
- Preparation of reports.
- Collection of bank guarantees, insurances, and lease deposits.
- Reconciliation of tenant’s accounts.
- Collection of monthly sales.
- Ownership of rent roll posting, including tenant recharges.
- Assisting the Centre Manager with coding of expenses.
- Monthly auditing of head office file uploads.

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to successfully manage your time and build rapport with your team and the tenants within our retail precincts. You will also be process oriented, proactive, use your initiative in learning new technologies and systems. Your strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, and strong attention to detail will be invaluable in dealing with retailers.
