**The practice and role**:

Located in the fringe of Adelaide’s beautiful city, close to excellent coffee and public transport, the practice is small yet busy. Comprised of an intimate team of experienced staff who value their patients every need, and each other - you will be made to feel like family.
You will work autonomously with the opportunity to step into a role that you can make your own. You will be the practitioner’s primary admin staff with the opportunity for career progression. You will be adding value and be rewarded with an hourly rate well above average.
**The successful applicant with have**:
- Dental experience necessary
- Mature minded
- Highly organised and must show initiative
- Excellent computer literacy and **D4W experience**:
- Ability to multitask
- Well presented as you will be the first point of contact
- Motivated, reliable and professional and CAN DO attitude
**Your responsibilities**:
- Liaising with patients
- Managing the appointment book to meet the needs of the practice, completing general reception and administrative tasks
- Supporting other members of the team
- Establishing steadfast relationships with referring practitioners and lab technicians
- Handling general telephone inquiries
- Manage payment and banking
