**About The Role**:
**About You**:

- ** Patient Management**:Able to put anxious patients at ease and support them in providing consistent care relating to the front office role
- ** Process Improvement**: Able to use existing systems and processes and update/create as required to improve patient care and for business improvement maximising productivity.
- ** Organisational Skills**: Able to prioritise duties to maximise business outcomes and patient care.
- ** Administration**:Comfortable with Microsoft Office Applications, Dental/Appointment scheduling Software, Letter writing and excellent phone skills.
- ** Minimum work experience**: 3 years in a similar role
- Must have permission to live and work in Australia.
