- We would like to hear from passionate, dedicated and customer centric Front Office Coordinator’s interested in working on a _**_part-time basis_**_._
- In this role, you will work _**_3 days a week_**_ and help to keep everything running to plan so that our clinicians are free to focus on looking after our patients. We believe that you’ll be a pivotal part of the team, so we’ll give you all the support, training and development you need to thrive._
- **_ Part time - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:15am - 5:45pm_**:

- **_ Dental admin experience highly valued but not essential_**:

- **_ Close to Public transport_**

**_ The Heart of the Role:_**
- _ Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression_
- _ Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice_
- _ Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records_
- _ Making patients aware of dental services and offers_
- _ Handling payments and Hi-Caps_
- _ Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality_

**_ What you'll bring:_**
- _ Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment_
- _ Previous administration or reception experience, with some people management exposure_
- _ Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus_
- _ Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook_
- _ Strong communication and organisation skills_
