Laverton North, Australia IPA Personnel Services Full time

Working alongside their affiliate companies HR team for in person support, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Learning & Development support of staff
- Recruitment & onboarding of new employees
- Sending employment contracts
- Supporting workers in their day to day roles
- About you:_
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High standards in regards to completing tasks to a high level of quality
- Strong MS office skills including excel and an attention to detail for completing reports
- Ability to work autonomously and ability to reach out for assistance when needed
- Ok to travel to meet with the Horsham team at times (not regularly) if needed
- A self starter who can follow through on tasks and manage your own timelines and tasks

- Fri, fulltime 38hr week, flexibility when needed re start & finish times
- Support from HR team onsite to assist in learning the role

This role is a 3month maternity leave position with a potential to extend.
