**North Sydney**:

- **6 Month contract with view to go permanent**:

- **Up to $48.00ph + Super**

Recently securing a 1 billion construction project, my client is seeking a HR Coordinator to assist with Group Graduate program, this will be for an initial 6-month contract with view to go permanent

**Responsibilities, not limited to**:

- Coordinating and organisation training sessions across the business.
- Assisting with managing the Graduate program - admin work, coordination of the events, learning opportunities graduates
- Relevant experience as a HR Advisor, ideally within a heavy industry environment
- Coordinator HR related activities and projects where required
- Some generalist HR work - recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, managing our HR System and employee data etc.
- Administration assistance for our HR Executive general manager
- Assisting management with performance management and employee relations issues, transfers, and redeployment activities

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Strong organisational skills and self-motivated
- Good knowledge in in Microsoft office programs
- Hold a proactive approach to your work and be adaptable to change and new processes
