About Us

Eden Care is a growing registered NDIS provider based in North Brisbane (North Lakes). We are a people first team willing to go over and above.

**The Role;**
- Ensure that rosters are consistently staffed to a high-level and manage daily roster variations,
- This role operates across a 7-day roster with some weekend work and overtime may be required,
- Ensure allocated shifts are in accordance with individual contracted hours and SCHADs Award,
- Data extraction and analysis, identifying key trends providing insights and strategies to address key operational issues,
- Monitor staff restrictions to ensure compliance,
- Monitor staff HR documentation compliance (qualification and training) and follow up on non compliance with staff
- Ensure that rostering guidelines, payroll, and HR processes are adhered to,
- Liaise with staff on rostering and payroll queries
- Assist in interviewing and hiring support staff

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of rostering and the scheduling processes,
- Experienced in supporting staffing and associated HR requirements,
- Knowledge of Brevity Care Software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS, the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2020 (SCHADS).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a highly productive, fast paced environment
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed computer literacy
- Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Minimum two years’ experience in disability/aged care, HR, rostering and administration (desirable)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Blue Card, Worker Screening
- Current driver's license
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

**Salary**: $44,356.00 - $49,120.00 per year
