**The Role**

As our HR Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for all HR-related matters. This role focuses on employee lifecycle management, workplace compliance, and providing practical HR support to managers and staff. You’ll also contribute to developing a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with Fair Work and employment legislation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff inductions
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR information systems
- Provide advice on workplace relations, performance management, and compliance matters
- Support employee relations, including negotiations, grievances, and dispute resolution
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, workplace agreements, and productivity frameworks
- Drive broader HR initiatives including employee engagement, training, OHS, and organisational change programs

**About You**

You’re a people-focused professional with solid HR knowledge and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in HR advisory or HR administration roles
- Sound understanding of Fair Work legislation, workplace relations, and compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
- High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
