**The Role**

On behalf of the Managing Director, this role works closely with, assists and coordinates with a broad range of stakeholders involved in commercial operations. The Business Operations Coordinator ensures a seamless connection between client-facing commercial activities, through to the internal financial systems and processes within COINS.

The Key Objectives will be to:

- Ensure the integrity of the COINS end-to-end commercial process
- Organise and oversee Australia and NZ commercial activities
- Coordinate with external providers and other functional areas of the COINS Global business
- Be an exemplar of the COINS values in performance in the role and while engaging with all stakeholders.

On a day-to-day basis you will review commercial documentation for accuracy and integrity, and ensure the effective delivery of quotes, contracts and NDAs to clients and third parties. Utilising our internal COINS Management System, you will input data and provide reporting on the status of contracts and customer feedback.

In terms of the business operations coordination side of the role, you will be a point of contact for a range of functions including payroll, purchasing, banking, people-related administration, insurances, ISO Audit preparation, WorkCover, travel coordination, events and workshops coordination, leases and compliance requirements.

Advancement to Operations Management is one of several long term career pathways available in our growing company.

This is a full-time permanent role. For the first 6 months this position will be onsite in our Eight Mile Plains office. After this period, hybrid working arrangements will be negotiated.
