**Commercial Administrator - Site Based**

**Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- **
Collation of Timesheets / Labour Control / Weekly Hours**:

- ** Aconex or Project Centre downloads and distribution**:

- ** Drawing register control**:

- ** RFI register and control**:

- ** Correspondence and Project Document register control**:

- ** Filing, various (ITP’s, SWMS, purchases, Subcontractor information)**:

- ** Ensure quality control of all office systems**:

- ** Project team assistance not only limited to leading hands, foreman, supervisors, and project managers.**:

- ** Maintain Project Logs**:

- ** Manage Purchase Orders and Invoice Logs**:

- ** Maintain employee registers for the site**:

- ** Input data for production controls**:

- **Collection of data sheets and assembly of Project Manuals for As Built Documentation**:

- **Recoding of Meeting Minutes**:

- **Liaise with Client Administrators and Suppliers**
