**About the role**
As an Assistant Property Manager you will support the Property Manager in all activities relating to the efficient and effective delivery of property ownership and tenancy management responsibilities for all owned or leased properties within the Multicap Group portfolio, including residential and commercial premises.

**Role Responsibilities**

Provide administrative and logistic support to the Property Manager in all aspect of property and tenancy management.
- Assist the Property Manager with market research and sourcing properties for Multicap purposes.
- Undertake processes involved in establishment of new tenancies including entry reports and co-ordination with tenants and Multicap support service providers.
- Undertake the day to day management of existing tenancies, including Maintenance requests, keys and access, rental payments, rental arrears and regular condition inspections and reporting in accordance with Residential Tenancy Authority (RTA) legislation and requirements.
- Undertake processes involved in the lease extension, expiry and vacating of tenancies in accordance with RTA legislation and requirements.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders in provision of above services on behalf of Multicap.
- Maintain and update data bases, registers, filing and reporting in relation to property, tenancy and related areas.
- Uphold the policies of Multicap and practice and maintain health and safety in the workplace.
- Provide general assistance to the Property Manager as required.

**Mandatory requirement**

The successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain;
- A current QLD Driver’s Licence
- Up to date Covid 19 Vaccinations
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children Check (Blue card)
- NDIS Worker Orientation certificate

**Salary sacrifice + Meal entertainment**

Attractive Salary packaging including $15,900 packaging per FBT year and $2,550 per year for meals and entertainment expenses.
