**THE ORGANISATION**
Our client is a leading Charity & not for profit organisation, globally recognized with a team of 800 in Australia.

With a highly respected leadership team and a commitment to working collaboratively, you will help engage and empower children to reach their full potential.

**THE ROLE**
The role of Human Resources Consultant will support the Head of HR Design, Systems and Standards in executing on HR strategy and subsequent projects.

Your role will include:

- Being the primary point for HRIS, system upkeep & enhancements
- HR reporting and metrics
- Supporting Policy development, process mapping & education
- Supporting compliance systems
- Providing coaching and advice to managers

**THE CRITERIA**
To be successful in this position the following criteria is essential:

- Working across multiple projects/things at the one time
- HRIS and data skills/ excel is a must
- Strong written communication skills for policies and process mapping.
- Experience working in an operational and tactical environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and coaching skills
- Experience managing HR reporting, compliance, metrics

**BENEFITS**
Generous salary package including:

- Up to $95,000pa + Super
- 35 hour working week
- Annual leave purchasing available
- 2 additional AL days per year
