**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
Our HR Consultants are important to delivering our overall strategy and performance, supporting people Managers and Executives to discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward. In the role, you will support our Australia and New Zealand business, during an exciting time of growth, whilst being part of a supportive and integrated Australian and New Zealand HR Team. We’re looking for someone in Australia to work from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth; we are truly flexible, and you’ll benefit working flexibly from day 1 A true HR generalist and business partnering opportunity, we seek someone who has followed their purpose in the HR field post-graduation, with previous experience managing complex cases through to well-balanced solutions, particularly in the employment relations space. We are open to part time and full time arrangements for this 6-month opportunity, this dynamic role will:

- Act as the main contact for a select senior group of Managers and Executives, providing HR consulting support, advice and solutions.
- Provide guidance on employment relations such as change management projects, workplace investigations and performance improvement.
- Facilitate HR programs and processes and managing cyclical HR activities.
- Deliver inclusion and diversity priorities and initiatives.
- Collaborate on global and local HR projects.
